George is the founder and managing Partner, Gemaco & Associates
(CPA) from 2007 Up-to-date for the last 10 years.
George has 18 years working experience in auditing and accountancy
obtained in various organizations including Banks, SACCOs, Public
sector, and donor funded projects such as USAID projects.
He draws experience from the audit of Uganda Commercial Bank
(now stanbic bank), privatization audits of African Textiles Mill,
Uganda Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Coffee Marketing Board, and Nytil Jinja.
He also participated in the audit of Uganda Posts and Telecoms.
George was team leader in the audit of Agriculture credit facility
(ACF) for 3 years till the end June 2017.
George is a professional accountant and a member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Uganda.
Francis Opoi EjeruFounder/Partner

CPA(K), CPA(U), CIA (US) Member IIA
Francis is a founder member of Gemaco & Associates and Partner in
charge of quality reviews. He has over 17 years of experience in
financial management and accountancy from the service sector. He
draws experience from the New Vision where he rose through the
ranks up to the level of Principal internal auditor.
He has wealth of experience in Corporate Risk Identification,
evaluation and Management.
He started a career with Prudential building society. Francis is a
professional accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants of Uganda.
